First professional show

First let my say sorry for the lack of blogging but i have been busy and very productive. On Friday i had my first professional show at Main Street Art in downtown Elkton. I had a great time and sold some artwork. In fact we had such a good turn out the gallery offered to leave my work up for seven more days. My ten pieces were based off a previous work of art called treasure island that dealt with reading a book and getting lost in the words. Here is the artwork please feel free to let me know what you think. If you are interested in purchasing any of these please drop me an e-mail at weidmanstdio@gmail.com let me know which one you like and if you want it framed for $50 or unframed for $30.If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

First let me give you all a big thank you to everyone who helped me get through school and also thanks for all the love and support at the senior show Attention to my graduating class do not become distant strangers i just spent four years with all of you so keep in touch anyways hear are some things i have been working on... writing and illustrating the stories behind my graphic novel covers... working on my book called Pirate Alphabet Adventure... and others

hello everyone
well its official now that i have been in school for a quarter of my life it is time to step out on my own. i will be the first to admit that i am computer illiterate so this blog thing is new to me. anyway i'm putting myself out there in hopes that somebody somewhere will like my artwork and things will go from there. so tell everyone about this cool new blog you just found and remember to check back for new art from time to time. thanks,
